Service are billed on a subscription basis as outlined on the sales and check out pages

VARIATION

HealthCARE Collective shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and
without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.

COMPLAINTS

HealthCARE Collective offers support to our clients and a complaints handling
procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, with a
solution that is mutually agreeable to both the client and HealthCARE Collective. Please

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any
applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms
unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without
affecting the remaining provisions herein.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website,
constitute the entire agreement between HealthCARE Collective and you in relation to
your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with
respect to the same.

HealthCARE Collective’s – PROGRAM POLICIES

GUARANTEE/REFUND

If, after you have completed the first six modules, submitted all of the corresponding
activities that have been properly completed, and attended all weekly coaching calls,
and you still aren’t happy with the program then you will receive a full refund.

LIMITED ACCESS

As a Member of The HOW Method, you get to enjoy access to the content hub for 1 full
calendar year from the date of purchase. Access to the facebook group and coaching
ends after 12 weeks and can be extended with continued membership.

MISSED GROUP COACHING CALLS

Missed group coaching calls will not offer another live option, but barring any technical
issues, will be saved in the Facebook community group for replay anytime at the client’s
convenience.

DECLINED PAYMENTS

A series of emails will be sent in an attempt to update the account, until the payment is
satisfied. An email will be sent immediately upon decline with a three-day payment
fulfillment deadline. A second email will be sent to bring the account up to date within
the next two business days or the client will be withdrawn from the program until the
account is brought up to date. Continued emails on a weekly basis, including phone
calls if a phone number is available, until the account has been brought up to date. If
after 6 weeks no communication is successful and the account is still not up to date,
complete removal from all applicable program access and potential collection attempts
will be made.

All complaints must be directed to support@healthcarecollective.ca. Members can
communicate with their coach(s) via email and at the weekly coaching call
